This Privacy Notice describes how Beyond Vision — Sistemas Móveis Autónomos De Realidade Aumentada S.A. (“Beyond Vision”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and processes personal data when you visit or interact with our website at beyond-vision.com (the “Website”), including when you contact us or submit information through our forms.

How our forms work

When you submit a form through the Website, the information you provide is transmitted to and stored by Webflow, Inc., the platform on which this website is built. Webflow acts as our data processor and holds the submission on our behalf.

We receive a notification of each submission and respond from our own email accounts. We do not use the information you send us for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Webflow is established in the United States. Your submission is therefore transferred outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection law. Further information is provided in the “International transfers” section below.

Submissions are retained in Webflow for as long as they are needed to answer your enquiry and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or similar corporate transaction, where your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor or acquiring entity

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Webflow, operate outside the EEA. Where this results in a transfer of personal data to a country that is not recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, we will implement an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and for up to two years after our last contact with you.   • Lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority.
